To run the Service, we share the minimum necessary data with these processors:

Each of these has its own privacy policy and we encourage you to review them. We have no control over how third parties use data outside our agreed-upon purposes.
We use browser local storage to remember your free check usage and (if you're a Pro user) your account session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use minimal first-party analytics to understand traffic patterns, but no personally identifiable data is sold or shared.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Our legal bases for processing are: (a) contract performance (delivering the Service you signed up for); (b) legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention); and (c) your consent (where applicable). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, password hashing, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you use the Service at your own risk.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
